Service Description

A transformational and powerful year long program that will delve deep into the mysteries and profound wisdom of womanhood following the cycles of our bodies with nature, reclaiming our power from the patriarchy and exploring our blocks through trauma informed, inner child and shadow work. We transmit knowledge through an exclusive course portal where you can access recorded videos, daily embodied practices and prompts, and comprehensive course workbooks for further exploration. We immerse you in embodied processing and work somatically with the body to explore women's sensuality, sexuality and genuine self-connection. We do not prioritize the mind and spirit over the body. All three need to be in alignment to return to wholeness and being. We teach practical applications for daily life to seamlessly integrate new knowledge and empowerment into your life. We believe in embodiment as a way of life and in freedom of consciousness. This program is designed for real, tangible transformation.
